Transferring Contact Information

I just purchased a new laptop. Is there an easy way to
transfer contact information from one computer to another
without having to re-enter all of the individual data?
 
Yes. Post your Outlook version. Are you sure you want only Contact data and
not the rest of your Outlook data?
