transferring contact files

Hello all,
Is there a way to transfer my contact files from my office computer to my
lap top
while I am out of town? I need to be able to have access to these contacts
but I cannot wait until I get back to the office. I am going to be away for
about 2 months. Please let me know how. Thank you

How you proceed depends on what type of account you use at work. It may also
depend on the versions of Outlook you use at work and at home, so it's a good
idea to state that when asking.
 
Thank you for responding Brian, At work I use the Outlook 2003 and at home I
use the outlook 2007 versions. I am not sure what the account type is. I know
there has to be a way to do this, but I am not knowledgable on how. If you
could help me with this I would be grateful. Thank you again.

Your account type will be likely be one of "Exchange", "POP/SMTP", or
"IMAP/SMTP". If it's a Hotmail/Live account, state that.
