Transferring AOL addresses to Windows Mail

Is there an easy way to export my aol addresses into windows mail contacts
directly, or do I have to transfer the list to comma seperated text first?

Some people have had success by importing their AOL emails into Eudora\Thunderbird and then to Windows Mail from there.

Otherwise I do not know of any other way to get AOL mail into Windows Mail
