Transferring addressbook?

Hi,
My old PC is using ME so i cannot using the Easy Transfer Tool
I know that *.wab is used but how to move it on Vista? (locatie and so on)

Put it on your Documents folder and make sure it is not Read Only and then
use the Contacts' Import feature.
 
Try copying it to your Desktop and then use File | Import | Windows Contacts
and select wab format and point to it.
