Transfering .xls Contact list address into Laptop outlook

I want to import my contacts list, which is already saved as a Excel file
into my outlook on laptop.

Kindly let me know the method, how can i import this list?


Secndly another thing ....

I have addresses on my Desktop PC Outlook address book, what if i import
those contacts directly into Laptop Outlook express??

How is it possible??

Copy pst file and then open it on the laptop and drag them into laptop pst
