Transfering tasks to another outlook user

I am shortly leaving the company i work for, and would
like to transfer the tasks i have noted in calendar to the
mug who will be covering my post until they recruit
someone else. Ideally the tasks would automatically go
into their task list (when i use 'assign' it just seems to
send them and email saying what the task is, but does not
put it into their task list)
I use outlook 2000
 
A better solution would be to export to a Personal Folders .pst file and
give that file to the other person to import into their own Tasks folder.
