transfering profiles

Hi all,

What is the cleanest way to transfer a users profile between domains?

If you require any more info please ask.
 
Try the Active Directory Migration Tool -
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/tools/admt/default.asp,
freely downloadable from microsoft.com. It includes a wizard to migrate
user profiles from the source to the target domain.
