TRANSFERING PRESNTATION FROM WORD 2000 TO POWERPOINT

IT TO POWER POINT AS MY PRESENTATION NEDDS TO BE DONE IN

First, please turn off the capslock. Typing in all capitals implies
shouting, and I'm sure that's not the image you're trying to convey.

Second, spend some time in your Word document so that when you use
File/Send to/PowerPoint, you get the results you want. Word uses styles
to tell what ends up where once you send to PPT. For example:

Word --> PPT
Heading 1 --> title text
Heading 2 --> primary bullet
Heading 3 --> secondary bullet
Heading 4 --> tertiary bullet

etc.

Everyplace you've applied Heading 1 in Word will tell PPT when to create
a new slide. So go through a copy of your Word document and apply the
styles as necessary. Also, I think that anything formatted as "normal"
text won't transfer to PPT.
