Transfering Outlook Calendar, Contacts and IMAP-folders to Live Ma

I have a new computer with Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail.
Live mail doesn't pick up the Outlook Calendar, Contacts and the IMAP
folders I had created. How can I get these over from my old Outlook to Live
Mail. (I have saved the pst file)

Download and install the trial version of Office 2007. Configure Outlook
to use your old pst file. Then in Windows Mail do File-Import.

Forget this - didn't see the "IMAP" in the subject!
