Presumably your macros are in Normal.dot. To find the location of
Normal.dot, go to Tools, Options, File locations and look under user
template path. Copy Normal dot and move it to your home computer and
put in the folder where Normal.dot is there. You would then re-name the
former Normal.dot. (Don't delete it unless you're sure it has no
customizations.)
For the dictionary, look for Custom.dic, copy it, and move it to the
folder in your home computer where Custom.dic is located. (I'm not
sure, but I suppose you would then delte the existing Custom.dic,
assuming you haven't added anything to it you want to keep.)
