Transfering files to a new computer

I recently upgraded to a new Dell dimension. I am using
Office Professional 2000. How can I transfer my outlook
data to the new computer and get outlook to recognize the
data as the default when I load outlook on the new
computer? In other words get the new computer to act as
the old one did when it pertains to outlook.
