I`m getting a standard letter from my webshop (copy of customers order
confirmation) The layout is always the same. There are a few of this data (
customer number, date, products ordered) that I would like to put in an excel
table. Is there any way to solve this?

You'd have to program the solution yourself. Are the e-mails by chance sent
from share-it?

I suppose that I have to buy the programming competence since I am only an
advanced user. What is share-it? (The program generating the mails is a
webbshop where we are leasing some space.)
Thanks for your answer.!

share-it is a market place for online selling software. I've an Add-in for
Outlook that can automatically handle orders sent from share-it. Maybe it
would have been possible to adapt that one for your needs without too much
effort. But now I don't think so.
