transfering data from excel to outlook express

I have a list of addresses for a mailing listed on excel
i am looking at a way to transfer those data from excel
to outlook express contact section
if anyone could help would be greatly appreciated
 
Make sure the addresses are consistent from one row to the next (i.e.,
the same data for each row is in the same column), and save the excel
sheet as a CSV file.

In OE, follow the commands on the File menu to import, and select Text
File (CSV) as the option. OE should then give you a chance to tell it
which columns go with which email address fields.

I don't remember the exact details, because I don't use OE, but I helped
my wife set it up on her new computer this spring. This is the same kind
of process used to go from Netscape into Outlook.
