Transfering AD to new server

I currently have one AD server which obviously is the
FSMO. I want to bring a new w2k server online as an
additional DC, then transfer all fsmo rolls to it, and
shutdown the old server. Is there a COMPLETE start to
finish document for bringing a new FSMO online? I know how
to bring the new server online as an additional dc, but
not how to transfer the rolls. My other concern is DNS.
So, my questions are:

1) How should I bring the new server online ensuring DNS
transfers properly.

2) How do I transfer FSMO?

It doesn't matter, because in ntdsutil -->roles, you go to connection
function where you connect to the server to which you wish to transfer
roles.
