I have a pmb file which I am assuming containes my old
address book and I need to figure out how to import it to
my home computer. Any tips? I cannot fine info on this
anywhere.

What is a PMB file?
You'll have to give us at least some clue where it came from.
It is not an Outlook file.

It is an outlook file... at least that is what I thought.
Personal Mail box is the best answer I could get last time
I tackled this problem. the full name is the only info I
found on the microsoft site.

I don't remember the path - it's been awhile.
I thought it lived somewhere in the program files tree.
It was part of a set of files that I would backup to a cd
whenever there were going to be big changes to my
machine. It contained addresses and a personal calender
that was additional and seperate (also not on the company
server).

I am sorry if this is till not clear.

I have several pst files and I have no problems opening
them, but they contain emails only. I am trying to
restore my address book.

No. It is not an Outlook file. Look in File > Import and Export to see a
list of file types that Outlook can open or import.
