I used the transfer wizard to transfer files and settings to the new
computer. I am using an 80 gb drive in both computers.
The C: drive went from 12 gb in use before, to 67 gb in use after the
wizard. Is there a large saved file someone to get rid of?

Thanks

Dunno.
Is there?

Usually or 99% of the time the saved file gets on a cd,a cd holds only
around 700mb,not even 1 GB...Try running disk cleanup,and/or open
C: drive & see where all the usage is from...55GB to add to a pc no matter
where it came from would take a very long time to deploy, how long did the
FTW take...

I found it using Partition Magic. It was named USMT.TMP.and was in
Windows\system32. It was 37 gb in size. I think that the transfer ended with
an insgnificant error and left the tmp file in stead of deleting it at the
finish.
i was able to delete it through Part. magic and it now is showing the
proper amount of space used.
I have used the transfer wizard before but have never had it leave the tmp
file at the finish.
