Hello,

I have been using a Windows logon under domains A for many
years, and all the setups I made for this user are fine
for me.
Now, we are asked to changed to another network domain B,
and I have noticed that, even if the Domain A setup is
still there, when I connect under domain B, I lose the
setup I made for domain A.

My question is : Is there a way to keep, or transfer, or
copy the setup I made for domain A into the user that
belong to domain B ?

I hope this description is clear enough...
Thanks for help,
Olivier

If you have the rights to do so, you can copy an existing profile to your
current profile. Right-click My Computer, select Properties, then the User
Profile tab. But your problem is going to be that one set of accounts or
the other is going to show up as "Unknown" since the identity can't be
resolved through the domain you're not connected to. You may need to remove
all user profiles except the two you use (one for each domain) to avoid
confusion.
