TRANSFER TO OTHERS DESKTOP

How do I transfer programs and icons from my desktop to other desktops on my
computer

Move them to the allusers desktop folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop

One of two ways.

Either install the app while logged on as each user or us explorer, navigate
to the "Documents and Settings" hierarchy. Under each user you'll see a
desktop folder. Simply copy and paste items between the different users.
Note, that if you're running NTFS directory security settings may come into
play.
