When that occurs you will need to seize the role. You transfer roles when
the owner of the role can be contacted. You seize it when the role owner is
not available. I am assuming that the original owner is down. If it is not
then you may want to verify that DNS is working and configured. You should
also verify that you are able to reach the server. See the following
