I have some transfer spreadsheet macros that are exporting queries to
an excel file in their respective tabs. I run these queries monthly
and expect all the data to be deleted from the previous month and
updated with the new months information whenever I run the macro.
However it looks like it is not deleting all the data that was
previously in each spreadsheet. It only overwrites the previous data
with the data that is present. (ex... In June there are 600 rows of
data, if there were 700 rows in May the last 100 rows would not be
overwritten) The current solution is to go to the Excel Spreadsheet
Delete all the data from the tabs before running the export from
Access. This is tedious and annoying however as I thought Access when
running these transferspreadsheet macros just overwrote the previous
worksheet that was there.
Any suggestions would be appreciated - Thanks!
