There are several steps you can take, depending on what applications are on your original machine.
In addition, you may need a large store to move your data such as a CD.
If you have any version of Outlook installed on your original machine, you should do the following:
-From Outlook, import data from Outlook Express
-Copy your .pst file from the oriingal machine to the new machine
-Import your .pst file into Outlook on your new machine
