transfer old files and folders to new computer

I have an old computer with outlook express and just got a
new computer with windows XP outlook and I do not know how
to transfer my outlook express files, folders and
identities over to my new computer.
 
There are several steps you can take, depending on what applications are on your original machine.
In addition, you may need a large store to move your data such as a CD.

If you have any version of Outlook installed on your original machine, you should do the following:

-From Outlook, import data from Outlook Express
-Copy your .pst file from the oriingal machine to the new machine
-Import your .pst file into Outlook on your new machine

If you do not have Outlook on your original machine, you will need to do the following:

-Copy Outlook Express data from old machine to new machine
