Transfer Office 2000 from XL to Vista

I used the Calendar and Contacts sections of Office Outllok 2000 very
extensively with XL. How can I get this program to work in Vista with the
same levelof detail with Contacts. When I start Outlook 2000 in Vista I get
a message: unable to find WAB.DLL. And I am unable to Import .PST files.
what sould I do?
