Transfer of Outlook e-mails from one drive to another

Hi:

I'm currently in the process of replacing hard drives in
my system and am wondering how I can take my Outlook
messages off one hard drive and transfer them to the new
one. I can open Outlook from the old hard drive, but it
just shows the new messages on the new hard drive. Any
help would be appreciated. Thanks!
