Transfer of email messages from old pc to new pc

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way in Outlook Express
6 to transfer existing emails and folders from my old pc
(windows 98 SE0 to my new pc (Windows XP)as I have tried
copyng over the relevant .dbx files over but Outlook does
not seem to recognize these files. I have copied these
files under Documents and Settings ->Application Data-

Identities->{CB692C0E-43EF-4FEE-AEEE-85E2EECB2503}-
Microsoft->Outlok Express.

Any ideas please?

You have to copy files from old OE to new OE, then export to OL
