transfer of audio file's

i have a portable storage device/player but it won't play my wma file's that i've just transfered across to player,but plays my wav file's any idea's ?i'am a novice user

If your portable player doesn't support wma files, you will need to convert
them to a format which the device does support. Wav files are very large-
if your device plays mp3 files I would recommend that you convert the wma
files to mp3 instead. You'll fit a lot more music on your player that way.

Use this freeware to convert wma to anything you like:
