transfer my Outlook account from one network computer to another

I have a home network and the computer with my Outlook account is ancient. I
want to transfer my total Outlook program (2003) with everything included to
a new computer on the same network. Is this possible if so, how? Am
desperate, please help.

Try using tools/email/change.... I also have a question on how to receive
emails from msft outlook on 2 home networked computers at the same time...
 
Tools; That wont do it
You can receive on 2 but cannot send the same msg on both (in one send)
For complete synchronisation you might need to use third party tools
