Transfer messages from Outlook to Windows Mail

How can I transfer messages from Outlook to Windows Mail? When I use the
Export Tool in Outlook and the Import Tool in Windows Mail I'm told IMAP
files will not import.

You need to install Outlook on Vista first. The temporary trial version
will do,
or any other version back to 2003.
