Hello,

Unfortunately, you cant use Windows Easy Transfer to easily transfer your
files from 98 to Vista. However, I suggest that you upgrade from Windows 98
to Windows XP, then, once the upgrade is completed, use Windows Easy
Transfer to transfer your XP files over to Windows Vista. This is the
easiest way to go.

You should be able to connect the harddrive from your old computer to the
new one by using an IDE connection. Then you can copy your data from the old
drive to your new system.

Take the drive out of your old computer and install it as a slave drive in
the new one, then copy the data, or get an external CD drive and burn the
data to CD.
