Transfer from PC to PC

Using:
WinXP
Outlook 2002
Multiple PC's
Have ext hard drive, keychain drive to transfer info


How do you transfer email settings from one PC to another? eg mail
server info, font settings, signatures...basicaclly everything??

Same thing for settings for contacts/tasks/calendars

Is there a way to transfer all folders (not only email but also
contacts, tasks, calendar) via pst export/import with ONE
export/import? Or does it need to be done folder by folder?
