Transfer from Outlook Express

Hello to all,

What is the best way to transfer old emails from a standalone PC using
Outlook Express including contacts, the address book etc from an old pc to a
new one, into Outlook 2003 on a domain?

Back up the OE files on the old PC and restore them to OE on the new
machine. Install and configure Outlook on the new machine. Use OE to
export messages to Outlook, then use Outlook to import addresses from OE.
