transfer files w/Lexaair Jump drive from w/98 to w/xp

Loaded files from w/98 to Jump Drive Unable to copy
files into W/xp I'm a novice.
 
When you put the jump drive into the usb port the drive should show up in my
computer. Just right click it and select open or explore and you should see
the contents of the jump drive. If this doesn't work you could have a issue
with fat 32 and nfts file system.
