Transfer files to same Workstation

I some workstations that were on domain A and are now on domain B. The same
users use the PCs.

Can I use the file settings and transfer wizard to safely and effectively
transfer files from Username@domainA to Username@domainB if the same
workstation is involved, both before and after the transfer?
