I use two computers..One at home, and one at work. For
over 3 years, I have been using a program called
syncit...which automatically copies favorites from one
computer to another...automatically via the web. They
have apparently gone out of business. Is there any other
websites/programs that will do this..automatically..

I have a related question. I use a USB hard drive to carry my data between
work and home. I'd like to store my favorites there, so both computers'
browsers would use that location to save and access favorites. Then there
would be nothing to synchronize because they would both be using the same
directory. Any way to direct IE to look to another location for the
favorites directory?

If you don't receive an answer here, you might try alt.comp. freeware.
You should specify your operating system (Win98, XP, etc.)
