transfer e-mail addresess from 1 lap top to the new one?

Hello, I have a new lap top and need to transfer all the e-mail addresess in
my old one to the new one.
These contacts are not in the contacts file in Outlook, I never saved them
in this file.
How can transfer the all file in one shot and not one by one?
