Transfer data to Excel from Access, one bit at a time.

I use Access to verify part numbers and names for parts orders. I have text
boxes using DDEsend to Excel for each part I find.
The problem is DDESend sends the result to a specific cell on the Excel sheet.
What I am trying to do is place the first result in the first row, the next
result in the next row, etc.
Access is needed to find the parts quickly, but the company templates for
email to cental stores are in Excel with a specific layout.
At present I open both applications then copy from the Access text box and
paste into the Excel cell manually.
There must be a way to automate this. (I am a new user).

Thanks for your advice to date;
I have looked through that topic and the applies to, I tried variations of
transfer, (spreadsheet, text, etc), eventually coming up with DDESend.
I now think, what I need, is a 'go to next' or something of that nature. I
can make a form in Access with the number of boxes needed to fill my Excel
sheet, (1 box for each cell).
So what needs to happen is, when I select a part, the result needs to go in
the next box, The counter will zero when the form is closed, (order
completed).
Does this sound like I am on the right track?
