Transfer custom fields to asst.?

I created a custom Yes/No field in my Contacts folder to let me assistant
know who to invite to a party. I then exported my .pst file but when she
opened it on her computer, the custom field wasn't there. When we created
the field on her computer with the same name, the values (Yes or No) hadn't
transferred across.
We're using OL 2002.
Is there some way to do this?
