I want to copy my Outlook (2000) calendar from my home computer to my
computer at work (only the calendar/appts). Is there a file I can copy with
this information? Do you know where I would put the file at work? The work
computer is on a network with my own drive space if that makes a difference.

Thanks... Bob

Create a new PST file (File>New>Personal Folders File). Copy the Contacts
folder to that file. Close the file (right-click on the root and choose
"Close"). Close Outlook. Copy the file to some medium, like CD, or, if you
can mail yourself at work, zip it up and mail it to your work address.

At work, copy the PST from the CD to the HD, remove the Read-Only attribute
(in Properties) or, if you sent it to yourself by mail, save it to disk and
unzip it. Then, in Outlook, open it (File>Open>Personal Folders File).
Copy the contents of the Contacts folder to your main Contacts folder.
