transfer bookmarks from one hard drive to another

I need to move the bookmarks from a version of IE 5 from
one hard drive to another hard drive, which also has IE 5.
What is the bookmark file I should be looking for? Thanks.
 
Favorites are individual files in the Favorites folder.
Use IE-File-Export to save then to a single html file to transport.
