Transfer Blackberry contacts to Outlook 2007

I originally entered my contacts into my Blackberry 8830 World Phone by
syncing it with Outlook 2003. My computer crashed, so I purchased a new
computer with Outlook 2007. I would like to transfer my contacts from my
Blackberry to Outlook 2007 and continue using 2007 to enter contact info for
my Blackberry.
 
What does the instruction manual for the Blackberry say?

After furious head scratching, PCS asked:
