Transfer all Files & Prefs to a Second Profile - OL2007

I want to establish a second profile in OL 2007 and transfer all my files,
accts & preferences to the new profile.

I am aware there is a specific procedure to do this.

Can anybody provide me a link or instructions?

There is no good way to transfer your account and preferences to the new
profile.
