Hi Pat,
You can do this easily with BCM 2007's Export function, by following
these steps:

--- Part 1, Selecting and exporting your existing data ---
1. On your XP computer where you have the existing contacts, launch
Outlook and go to "Business Contacts" folder
2. Change your View to "[By Category]" (View menu > Current View > [By
Category])
3. Select the entire category of Business Contacts that you want to
transfer (select the first one with mouse, hold down the Shift key,
and select the last one in the current category)
4. Right-click on one of your selected contact, and choose "Export..."
5. Follow the steps on your screen and make the choices that best
suites your needs. Place the exported file (.BCM) somewhere you know
(say, on your desktop)

--- Part 2, Importing your data ---
6. Copy this file to your new computer
7. On your new computer, launch Outlook and go into Business Contact
Manager
8. In Outlook, from the "Business Contact Manager" menu, choose
"Database Tools" > "Import and Export..."
9. Select "Import a file", " (.bcm) format", and point it to your .BCM
file

There you go. Your data should now be imported. :)

Hope this helps,
