Is it possible to create a transparent form ?
you can overwrite the OnPaint and OnPaintBackground events and simply do
nothing. Then the Form isn't painted (but the controls on the form are!)
So, i you put a panel on a form then just the panel (and it's contents) is
painted - the rest is transparent.
