I am running Outlook Express 6 on my old computer (whcich
also has Outlook 2000) with 3 identities and want to get
all of these email moved to my newly purchased PC.

Can anyone help my figure out how to do this please!

My new computer has Outlook Express 6 and Outlook 2003
loaded on it.

On my old (current) PC I have tried running Outlook 2000
then importing the Outlook Express email, then exporting
(saving) the .pst file to CD. When I try and import
the .pst file to my new computer from the CD, I get a
message that I do not have the right to access the file.

First goto Identities folder under "C:\Documents and
Settings\yourloginname\Application Data\Identities" and copy all
the.dbx files there on to CD. now on ur new computer import the
masseages using file->import->messages and browse for the path. This
will import all the masseges under ur current identity.
Now make new identity and repeat this.
Hope this helps.
