Tranferring Captured Video to a DVD

Hi there,
This isn't really a Movie Maker question, but it's kind of related.
I want to transfer un-edited avi files from my computer to a dvd in case I
want to use some of the video later. I've got a lot of video on my
hard-drives and I want to get it off of them, but I don't want to lose it.
This is all video I captured with Movie Maker, but it's in avi form.
I've got Nero and Sonic MyDVD. I don't want to put the video on a dvd with
menus and all that jazz, I just want to put the video on a dvd to save it and
for future video projects.
Any help is much appreciated!

You could use Nero to create a Data DVD.
This is not a disk you would play in a DVD
player, it is simply copying files to external
media for archival purposes.
