tranfer outlook addresses to microdoft word 2007

please can you help with transfer addresses from outlook to my Microsoft
office 2007 cant seem to do it.

I don't understand. What EXACTLY are you trying to do?
 
Add the AddressBook button to the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) from Commands
Not In Ribbon and set Outlook as your default e-mail application.
