They must honk their horn more in one day than the average person would in their lifetime in the UK

I just got back from the Dominican Republic. I stayed in Santa Domingo. The driving is JUST like that. They have very few traffic lights and no stop sighns. My mom stayed in the back seat with her eyes closed. It really takes some getting used to.
