Hi folks,

Looking for a good net traffic analysis program to monitor and record
bytes sent for specified period (month-by-month) to monitor a 3GB/month
ADSL link.
Must not open any ports or use NET etc.

Thanks in advance,

Ken

Have a look at Tick. I use it with ADSL now but originally got it to monitor
charges on a dial up connection. It might do more than you want but I find
it useful. You can have it show a small display if required and the systray
icon can be configured to flash continuously when you are online. From the
webpage:

<quote> Probably the ultimate freeware dial up enhancer for Windows 95 / 98
/ NT4 / 2000 / XP or Millennium-Me. Logs all dial up networking calls
including length and cost of call and the amount of data transferred. Uses
no runtime files and has POP3 mail checker, finger, ping, web notify tools,
popup digital display, password database, IP Address finder, context
sensitive help and lots more. </quote>

Hi Frank,

Many thanks for the recommendation. Works fine and just what I want.
