A box that appears to be a Windows Internet Explorer security warning keeps
popping up on my computer saying my computer is infected and i need to go to
TRADEDAUBLER.COM and download and run a file to fix it. I had the same thing
happen with Antivirus 2009.

How do i get this off my computer??
PLEASE help!!

How did you get rid of AntiVirus 2009? Use the same technique.

Seems to me that your real question should be: How do I stop infecting
my computer?

Step #1 is to be very, very careful and cautious on the internet. You
are your own first line of defense.

Step #2 is to make an unwavering commitment to safe computing.

Step #3 is to keep Windows and all your other software up-to-date.

Step #4 is to install a complete selection of security software. At
minimum, you need software that detects and removes all types of
malicious software, and also a firewall. This software has to start with
Windows and run in the background at all times. And you must learn how
to use this software.

Step #5 is to keep yourself informed of the latest threats so you can
avoid them.

Start with Malwarebytes (Google it).

When you get it fixed, give your computer to someone who knows how to
surf the 'net and not get it infected. You are obviously a fool.

You are the obvious fool here. If you're not here to help and guide,
then you need to watch the door doesn't hit you in the ass ...

Actually I don't think this tradedaubler thing can be prevented much. I got
a brand new drive for my computer a couple weeks ago, have McAfee paid
subscription antivirus software, and have just used my Macbook since I got
the new drive, and all of a sudden today the tradedaubler thing starts on my
PC and when I go to system restore there are no checkpoints or anything to
restore to besides the current date. I haven't downloaded anything on this
drive or anything, it just popped up w/ this tradedaubler thing and restore
won't work.
