TRACKS ERASER DOESN'T EMPTY RECYCLE BIN

The Tracks Eraser has on the list that it will empty the
recycle bin. I checked the box, but it didn't delete
anything in the recycle bin. Other than that, everything
look like it works.

Same Problem on 3 differenct machines.

Its kinda shaky, not working so well in this beta release, should be fixed
by the next beta.

On my machine, the Tracks Eraser hardly erases anything.
