I think someone is using my computer for things I do not
want them too and then they are deleting the cookies to
cover their tracks. I heard of some way of putting a block
on the urls so they can't be deleted ---does anyone know
how to do that?

Thank you

unplug the internet cable for a few days.........
set up your firewall and get good internet security
software like Norton or Mcafee.

You could use %windr%\system32\gpedit.msc to disable features of IE. Once
the group policy editor is running navigate to User
Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer
and start looking around for what you want to do. You can disable the
General page, which eliminates the button to delete cookies. This only
works if you are the only administrator on your system. Also, if the user
knows what they are doing, they can use the Windows Explorer app. to delete
Cookies, History, etc., even with the General page disabled.

Hope this helps and good luck.
